Corporate Governance

Our company, which has been listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange since 1990, is acutely aware of its responsibilities as well as its value to the community. We comply with the Corporate Governance Principles of the Capital Markets Board (CMB), which cover areas such as equal treatment of shareholders, public disclosure and transparency, and directors’ remuneration.

Board members, audit committee members, managers and employees must maintain strict ethical standards while fulfilling their duties, and must not prioritise personal interests over company interests.
